Extension Activities

In addition to the design of the ecological wall, we also embrace the spirit of sustainability and have organized extension activities. We invite faculty and students from NTUNHS to join us in exploring the campus ecology and creating handmade painted lanterns.

Curriculum Planning

To enable participants with no design background to easily create their own artwork, we have chosen the simplest art materials - colored pencils and acrylics - for the workshop. Along with basic color theory instruction, everyone can confidently participate and enjoy the process, regardless of their drawing skills. The curriculum consists of three sessions:

  1. Campus Ecological Exploration: Interactive discussions to guess the locations of the illustrated elements in the campus environment.
  2. The Secrets of Vibrant Colors: Basic color theory and color psychology, allowing participants to play with color combinations.
  3. Build Your Own Lamp: Assembling a personalized lamp fixture.

Indicator Design

To continue the theme of ecological sustainability, two new signage installations have been added at the campus' new buildings to provide guidance and directions.

Through these carefully planned courses, we aim to provide a fun and accessible learning experience, where participants can explore the campus ecology, discover the magic of colors, and create their unique artwork and lamp.
